Job Description
Travocorp is a tech-enabled corporate travel and spend management platform providing end-to-end solutions across flights, hotels, visas, cabs, and MICE. We enable corporates to manage travel efficiently with full visibility on spend, savings, compliance, and reporting.
We are looking for a Senior Manager – Finance to lead and streamline our finance operations, including invoicing, payments, credit management, and financial controls. The role requires strong ownership, process orientation, and the ability to work closely with business and operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end finance operations including invoicing, collections, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
- Manage corporate client credit cycles, utilization, and ensure timely collections.
- Ensure accurate and timely generation of invoices with proper GST compliance and documentation.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and optimize payment cycles.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, account management) for billing accuracy and closures.
- Maintain MIS reports on revenue, receivables, payables, and financial performance.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and financial controls across operations.
- Handle audits, compliance requirements, and liaise with external consultants/CA firms.
- Identify risks in receivables or credit exposure and implement corrective actions.
- Manage accounting for high transaction-volume accounts, overseeing 5,000–12,000 monthly payment entries and ensuring accuracy, reconciliation, and control.
Qualifications
- 5–9 years of experience in finance operations/accounting, preferably in travel, services, or high transaction-volume businesses
- Strong understanding of invoicing, GST, receivables, and vendor payments
- Experience in managing client credit and collections cycles
- Experience handling high transaction volumes and large datasets
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting tools (Tally/ERP systems/similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with ownership mindset
