Job Description
Senior Manager-Finance. Preparation of Corporate MIS & Preparation of Monthly Balance Sheet
- Overview Fixed Asset Accounting
- Monthly Management Business Review Presentation Preparation
- Budget Preparation – P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow.
- Detail budgeting of Opex, Headcount, Revenue and Capex
- Overview Department wise MIS
- Overview Accounts Payable Function
- Handling various audits like statutory audit, tax audit, internal audit etc.
- Handling various Tax related notices
- Data Compilation and handling various correspondence with taxation authorities
- Overview GST return working and filling
- Work on various automation and system improvement related projects
- Validation of various software implementation - Anaplan, SAP HANA etc
- Quarterly Compliance report preparation
- Preparing various reconciliation reports
- Ensuring timely invoice booking as per vendor agreement
- Complying to all GST, TDS norms on Vendor invoice booking. Overview Preparing various Vendor management MIS - GRIR ageing, Vendor Ageing, Advance Ageing
- Overview Monthly Exp. Provision as per Vendor balances
- Overview Prepaid Exp. Accounting
- PR Approval along with validation with Budget
- Overview Accounts Receivable Function
- CER Review
- Effectively manage multiple lab tasks and literature research simultaneously, ensuring consistent output. QUALIFICATION: CA/MBA in Finance EXPERIENCE: CA with 8 to 10 years of experience in relevant fieldFull time
