Location: Bengaluru
We are looking for a strategic Finance Head to build and lead the finance function for a rapidly growing fresh beverage company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Drive fund management, working capital optimization, and investor reporting.
- Manage cost control, inventory valuation, and profitability for perishable products.
- Establish financial controls, MIS, compliance, taxation, audits, and statutory reporting.
- Partner with Operations, Procurement, and Supply Chain to improve margins and reduce wastage.
Preferred Experience
- 10–15 years in Finance leadership.
- Mandatory experience in Fresh Foods, Cold Chain, Dairy, Beverages, FMCG, or other perishable product industries.
- Strong expertise in fund management, inventory accounting, manufacturing finance, and supply chain costing.
- CA preferred.
