We are looking for a Finance professional with strong expertise in financial reporting, performance measurement, compliance, costing, and inventory management. The role will support plant finance operations, partner with cross-functional teams, and ensure robust financial controls, accurate reporting, and actionable insights for decision-making.
Key Responsibilities1. Month-End Closing
- Review plant financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports for monthly close.
- Perform Purchase Price Variance (PPV) analysis.
- Analyze Production Order variances and Work-in-Progress (WIP).
2. Reporting & Performance Measurement
- Prepare and present Monthly MIS reports to Global stakeholders.
- Provide financial insights and data to cross-functional teams to support business decisions.
- Conduct detailed departmental expense analysis and implement cost-control measures.
- Perform variance analysis (Actuals vs Forecast vs Plan) and highlight key drivers, risks, and opportunities to leadership.
- Support development of the annual business plan in collaboration with multiple functions.
3. Compliance & Governance
- Perform Key Internal Control Self-Assessments.
- Support and manage ICFR, CARO, and other statutory/internal audits.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, compliance requirements, and effective mitigating controls.
4. Product Costing & Transfer Pricing
- Handle ETO (Engineer-to-Order) project-based costing.
- Track and analyze project costs, identify cost drivers, movements, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Program Management teams to ensure accurate cost inputs and alignment with project assumptions.
5. Inventory Management
- Support and analyze Annual Physical Stock Counts.
- Perform Weekly Cycle Count analysis.
- Manage and monitor inventory accuracy through a structured 25-point inventory management program.
Qualification & Experience
- Qualified CA / CMA with 5-6 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing / Plant Finance.
Skills & CapabilitiesFunctional Skills
- Strong knowledge of IGAAP & IFRS.
- Hands-on experience in managing audits and compliance requirements.
Managerial & Behavioral Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Good presentation skills and ability to communicate insights to senior stakeholders.
