Role Description
Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Maintain complete books of accounts (GL, AP, AR).
- Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Taxation & Compliance
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, Professional Tax compliances.
- Ensure timely filing of returns and statutory reports.
- Coordinate with auditors for internal & statutory audits.
- Maintain compliance with Companies Act / Labour Laws (if applicable).
Budgeting & Financial Planning
- Prepare annual budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor actuals vs budget and report variances.
- Support management with financial analysis and MIS reports.
Cash Flow & Working Capital Management
- Manage cash flow, bank transactions, and fund planning.
- Ensure timely collection from customers and payments to vendors.
- Monitor credit control and receivables ageing.
Team Management & Process Improvement
- Lead and supervise accounts team.
- Improve financial processes and internal controls.
- Implement ERP / accounting software improvements
Payroll & Cost Control
- Oversee payroll processing and statutory deductions.
- Monitor expenses and cost optimization initiatives.
SKILLS REQUIRED
· Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, Income Tax
· Hands-on experience in Tally / ERP / Excel
· ERP Implementation
· Internal Control Management
· Financial analysis & reporting skills
· Leadership & team management
· Good communication & coordination skills.
Qualifications - CA / CA Inter
- Expertise in Finance, including budget management, financial planning, and analysis
- Skills in Account Management to manage records, invoices, and reporting
- Strong focus on Customer Service and the ability to maintain long-term client relationships
- Understanding of Sales processes and the ability to collaborate effectively with the sales team
- Team Management experience with leadership skills to lead and motivate teams effectively
- Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus)
- Experience in the manufacturing or food industry is preferred
