Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Senior Manager - Facilities Real Estate. The individual will oversee the management and maintenance of property portfolios while ensuring operational efficiency and compliance. Responsibilities will also include budgeting, vendor management, strategic planning for property use, lease negotiations, and ensuring health, safety, and environmental standards across all facilities. The role requires timely reporting on facility status, fostering relationships with stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement in facility operations.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive experience in Facilities Management, Lease Negotiations, and Vendor Management
- Expertise in Strategic Real Estate Planning and Property Portfolio Management
- Proficiency in Budgeting, Financial Analysis, and Understanding of Compliance Standards
- Strong leadership abilities with exceptional Organizational and Problem-Solving skills
- Knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental Regulations in facilities management
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in large-scale property management or working for a commercial real estate firm is a plus
