The Consultant / Senior Consultant (Enterprise Risk Management) is responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial risks to ensure the organization's financial health and regulatory compliance. This role involves overseeing risk management strategies, internal controls, audits, and compliance with financial regulations. The position requires strong analytical skills, financial expertise, and the ability to collaborate across departments.
Job Requirements:
- Directing and administering an organizational risk management program.
- Develops strategies, Controls, and measures to monitor and mitigate the risk exposure of new plans, policies and processes.
- Establish risk mitigation strategies to safeguard company assets and financial stability.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance standards.
- Conduct periodic risk assessments and implement internal control measures.
- Monitor changes in financial regulations and update policies accordingly.
- Lead financial audits, internal control reviews, and forensic accounting processes.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance financial integrity.
- Analyze financial data and prepare risk reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Assess the impact of financial decisions and business strategies on risk exposure.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of procedures to identify points of improvement.
- Review of the risk analysis reports to ensure risks are identified and managed effectively.
- Develop key risk indicators (KRIs) and risk dashboards to track financial risks.
- Promoting organization wide understanding of risks and risk management strategies.
- Analysis and careful internal and external risk evaluation.
- Assessment of current company policies and potential for risk.
- Closely understanding each and every departmental processes and policies to avoid future risks.
- Analyzing and developing the new policies and processes for each department to achieve the departmental goals and targets.
- Develop risk control and management strategies to reduce the financial and legal impact on the business
- Liaise with, and guide senior management and the stakeholders about the current and potential risks through reports, documentation and presentations periodically
- Ensure that the company meets its legal and regulatory risk requirements
- Study market trends, and implement the learnings into the risk management processes of the company
- Prepare risk contingency plans to tackle future risk management issues
- Develop and implement business continuity plans to address financial risks.
- Identify potential fraud risks and establish fraud prevention mechanisms.
- Identify and analyze financial risks related to cash flow, investments, project funding, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard financial assets and
operations.

- Knowledge of construction finance, contract structuring, and tax laws.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and financial risk modelling.
Job Details;
Job Location – Head Office (Yerwada )
Experience: 8 - 12 years in risk management, finance, and accounts within the construction or real estate industry.
Education: CA / CA Inter./ CFA / MBA (Finance) / Post Graduation in Advance Construction Management/ ICWA or equivalent .
