Job Summary
The Senior Manager R & R will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing employee recognition and reward programs across retail operations. The role focuses on enhancing employee motivation, engagement, performance culture, and retention through structured reward mechanisms, incentive programs, and recognition initiatives aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Recognition & Reward Responsibilities
Design and implement employee recognition and reward programs across retail stores and corporate teams.
Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual reward frameworks based on employee performance and business achievements.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve morale, productivity, and retention.
Create incentive structures for sales teams, store staff, and operational employees.
Coordinate with business heads to identify high-performing employees and teams.
Manage reward budgets and ensure cost-effective implementation of programs.
Organize recognition events, awards ceremonies, and appreciation campaigns.
Monitor the effectiveness of reward programs and recommend improvements.
Conduct employee feedback surveys related to motivation and workplace satisfaction.
Ensure alignment of recognition programs with company culture and HR policies.
Required Skills
