Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area for a Senior Manager in Educational Travel. The individual will be responsible for designing and managing educational tour packages, coordinating with schools and corporate clients, arranging travel logistics, supervising team members, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. The role also involves ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, overseeing itinerary development, and identifying opportunities for business growth in the educational travel sector.
Qualifications
5–8+ years in travel, with at least 3 years specifically in group/educational travel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Education, or Business Administration.
- Tech SkillsProficiency in GDS and CRM software
- .Soft SkillsExceptional public speaking, negotiation, and "patience of a saint" (dealing with schools).
- KnowledgeDeep understanding of global child safety laws and school travel regulations..
