Role Overview
We are looking for a high-ownership operator who can manage and scale e-commerce brands end-to-end.
This is not a “run ads” role.
You will be responsible for:
- Revenue growth
- Profitability (P&L thinking)
- Ad performance + funnel optimization
- Product-level decision making
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing Ownership
- Manage and scale campaigns across Meta, Google (TikTok is a plus)
- Handle budgets ₹20L–₹1Cr/month
- Optimize for ROAS, CAC, MER — not vanity metrics
- Build creative testing pipelines
2. Funnel & Conversion Optimization
- Improve CVR, AOV, and checkout flow
- Build landing pages, upsells, bundles
- Identify and fix drop-offs in funnel
3. Product & SKU Economics
- Analyze product-level profitability
- Decide:
- Scale / kill / bundle
- Work with sourcing team to identify winning products
4. Data & Analytics
- Track and report:
- ROAS
- CAC vs LTV
- Contribution margins
- Build weekly performance dashboards
5. Cross-functional Execution
- Work with:
- Creative team (ads)
- Operations team (inventory/logistics)
- Founders (strategy)
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have
- 5+ years in D2C / e-commerce
- Hands-on experience managing ₹1Cr+/month ad budgets
- Strong understanding of:
- ROAS, CAC, LTV, contribution margin
- Experience with Shopify ecosystems
- Proven track record of scaling winning products
Nice-to-Have
- Dropshipping / international fulfillment experience
- Experience with China sourcing
- Experience managing teams or agencies
