You will be responsible for:
- Developing and managing clients’/vendors’/partners for IT Staffing.
- Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximise share of wallet.
- Responsible for day to day Client/Vendor handling, maintaining a relationship with vendors, Mass mailing, Vendor Follow up, cold calling, Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
- Creating and executing CRM campaigns that improve on boarding and engagement and reduce churn.
- Using data analytics to generate insights into customer segments for use within business development and other CRM initiatives.
- Ensuring the correctness of customer data and manage any data cleansing activities.
- Continually testing and refining campaigns to gain insight and maximise usage and uptake.
- Providing support on any requests or issues pertaining to CRM.
- Organising data and generating deep customer insights in order to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.
- Supporting the sales team key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business.
- Attainment planning through effective goal setting, designing sales incentives to drive business objectives and territory analysis & definition for sales maximum effectiveness.
- Providing pricing and contract support by providing the sales team with high-quality and competitive proposals.
- Monitoring and analysing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions and also coordinating and ensuring accuracy of sales forecasts.
- Ensuring Sales process adoption and compliance and also identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.
- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and Staffing needs within minimal time.
- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio and perform all Staffing functions needed to fill our clients open job requirements.
- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
- Delivering effective sales skills trainings to the sales teams.
- Coaching sales teams and helping them in applying training content to real life situations.
Ideal Candidate
- You have at least 7+ year experience within a Business Development, CRM Manager or Sales Operations / Support role, ideally within the Staffing Industry.
- You have prior experience in dealing with Key Accounts.
- You possess expertise in Direct Sales.
- Experience within Sales Training and Multi-country Sales would be a strong advantage.
- Experience covering IT, Healthcare and Professional Services is strong plus.
- You have experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering the domestic(India/APAC) market spectrum.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
