Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Digital Operations Senior Manager to lead and streamline our digital marketing operations across SEO/SEM, SMO, SMM, PPC and AI-driven initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker and operational leader who can manage cross-functional teams, drive process excellence, implement scalable systems, and ensure high-performance campaign delivery aligned with client objectives and revenue targets. You will be responsible for translating digital strategy into structured execution frameworks while ensuring operational efficiency, innovation adoption, and measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities🔹 1. Digital Operations Leadership
- Oversee end-to-end digital campaign execution across SEO, PPC, Social Media, Performance Marketing, and Content
- Develop and implement standardised workflows, SOPs, and quality control systems with a project tracker having daily / weekly updates
- Optimize internal processes to improve turnaround time, output quality, and profitability
- Drive operational scalability to support business growth
🔹 2. Team Management & Capability Building
- Lead and mentor teams across SEO, PPC, Social Media, and Creative functions
- Set KPIs and performance benchmarks for each department
- Conduct regular performance reviews and skill enhancement sessions
- Identify training needs aligned with latest digital marketing trends
🔹 3. Strategy & Performance Oversight
- Ensure campaigns align with ROI-focused metrics (ROAS, CAC, CPL, Conversion Rate, etc.)
- Monitor campaign dashboards and performance reports
- Provide strategic inputs to improve optimization strategies
- Collaborate with Client Servicing and Sales teams for growth planning
🔹 4. Innovation & Trend Integration
- Stay updated with the latest trends in:
- AI tools in marketing (automation, predictive analytics, generative AI)
- Advanced SEO (Core Web Vitals, Semantic Search, AI search trends)
- Paid Media optimization strategies
- Social media algorithm updates
- Evaluate and implement new tools, platforms, and technologies
- Introduce automation frameworks to enhance productivity
🔹 5. Financial & Resource Management
- Manage team bandwidth and resource allocation
- Monitor project profitability and operational costs
- Improve operational efficiency to enhance margins
- Support budgeting and forecasting
🔹 6. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with senior leadership on growth strategy
- Assist in high-value client pitches and presentations
- Provide operational insights to improve client retention
Required Qualifications- 10–12 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong hands-on knowledge of:
- SEO (Technical, On-Page, Off-Page)
- PPC (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Performance Marketing)
- Social Media Marketing (Organic & Paid)
- SMO strategies
- Marketing automation & AI-driven tools
- Experience managing multi-functional teams
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Proficiency with digital tools (GA4, Search Console, Meta Business Manager, SEMrush/Ahrefs, CRM systems, automation tools, etc.)
