The work
We are seeking an elite Digital Commerce Leader to own, architect, and scale our global commerce practice. This sovereign role is designed for a strategic advisor possessing deep business judgment and leadership maturity, capable of driving exponential revenue growth for our enterprise clients across D2C, marketplaces, omnichannel, and quick commerce ecosystems. Operating at the intersection of customer experience, digital innovation, and data-led infrastructure, you will act as a core pillar of growth, navigating ambiguity and high-stakes risk with precision.
In this capacity, you will assume end-to-end ownership of digital commerce strategies to drive measurable revenue growth, optimize conversion parameters, and maximize long-term customer retention for enterprise-level clients. As a primary strategic advisor, you will manage high-level relationships with client CXOs, promoters, investors, and board-level stakeholders with absolute authority. Your leadership will directly influence platform priorities, API architectures, and product strategies while commanding strategic vendor relationships and industry ecosystem collaborations. Furthermore, you will build, mentor, and command high-performing digital commerce teams to establish long-term operational capabilities that eliminate organizational friction, while contributing directly to business development and enterprise pitch architecture through highly sophisticated, consultative engagement.
Here's what you need
• Minimum 10+ years of verified professional experience owning large business portfolios, multi-category channels, and delivering transformational digital results.
• Direct, proven exposure managing relationships with CXOs, investors, and board-level directors.
• Profound mastery of digital commerce operating models, P&L economics, and data-led prioritization.
• Demonstrated success in customer experience (CX) transformation across D2C, Omnichannel, Marketplaces, and Quick Commerce.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage advanced analytics tools to refine high-level strategy.
• Familiarity with modern commerce platforms, APIs, and scalable infrastructure architectures.
Great to have, but not required
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Advanced understanding of Product Management, platform strategy, and digital marketing ecosystems.
• Familiarity with AI and Generative AI-led commerce transformations.
• Proven exposure to global, matrixed organizations and vendor ecosystem management.
