Designation - Senior Manager/DGM - Accounts Operations

Location – Vatika City Centre,Sector 83, Manesar

Experience – 18 to 20 years in Accounts Operations

Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly experienced Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of expertise in managing end-to-end accounting operations, finalization of financial statements, and handling audits. The ideal candidate will lead the finance function, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic financial insights to support business growth.

1. Accounting Operations

• Oversee and manage day-to-day accounting activities including GL, AP, AR, and bank reconciliations
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial records
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls

2. Finalization of Financial Statements

• Lead the preparation and finalization of balance sheet, profit & loss account, and cash flow statements
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS / IFRS / GAAP as applicable)
• Review financial statements and ensure accuracy before submission

3. Audit Management

• Handle statutory, internal, and tax audits end-to-end
• Liaise with auditors and ensure timely closure of audit queries
• Ensure audit compliance and documentation readiness

Qualifications

CA with 18 to 20 years of experience in managing end-to-end accounting operations, finalization of financial statements, and handling audits.
