Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Manager Design & Development at SPSI, located in Bawal. The role involves managing and leading design teams to create innovative and efficient solutions for precision metal components and assemblies. Responsibilities include overseeing project execution, ensuring adherence to design specifications, applying design thinking principles, and fostering collaboration across teams. The Senior Manager will also coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and lead the development of customized solutions that align with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Project Management, with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee multiple complex projects effectively.
- Strong proficiency in Design Thinking, including the ability to foster innovation and deliver user-centric solutions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills, with experience guiding and mentoring design teams.
- In-depth knowledge of precision metal stamping, automotive components manufacturing, and related design processes is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in industry-relevant design software and tools is an advantage.
