Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Senior Manager / Deputy General Manager TPA Insurance at our Ahmedabad location. The individual will be responsible for managing Third Party Administrator (TPA) insurance operations, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration between TPAs, patients, and the hospital. Tasks include handling insurance processes such as claims management, documentation, and approvals, maintaining compliance with policies, and optimizing workflows for efficiency. The role also involves liaising with internal and external stakeholders, managing key accounts, maintaining relationships with TPAs and insurance providers, and resolving escalations promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in TPA insurance processes, claims management, and documentation
- Excellent skills in stakeholder communication, relationship building, and account management
- Proficiency in optimizing workflows, process improvement, and maintaining compliance with policies
- Highly organized with attention to detail and capability to handle escalations effectively
- Good knowledge of healthcare operations and insurance systems
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Prior experience in a managerial position handling TPA and insurance processes is essential
- Ability to work in an on-site role based in Ahmedabad
- Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and decision-making abilities
