Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager Customer Support, based in the Greater Coimbatore Area. The position involves overseeing all customer service operations to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing a team of support professionals, developing and implementing customer service strategies, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving complex issues. The Senior Manager will also analyze feedback and data to enhance service quality and work closely with other departments to improve the customer experience.

- Proven experience in Customer Service and Customer Support
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and conflict resolution
- Proficiency in providing Technical Support and troubleshooting customer issues
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret customer feedback and develop actionable insights
- Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience in the beauty, skincare, or wellness industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
