About MyHQ
myHQ is India's largest commercial real estate and flex workspace marketplace. Founded in 2016 by IIT Delhi graduates, we give 50,000+ enterprises- from early-stage startups to large MNCs and GCCs, access to 10,000+ workspace options across 10+ cities, covering coworking, virtual offices, meeting rooms, and managed offices.
In five years we've grown 30x and closed two back-to-back profitable years. Backed by ANAROCK Group and WeWork India, we're building toward ₹1,000Cr, and hiring the team that gets us there.
We believe where you work shapes what you build. Our mission is to make the right workspace accessible to every business in India, and increasingly, beyond it. With expansion already underway in Dubai and London, we're building something with a genuinely large surface area.
For the people who join us, that translates to real opportunity. We've paid out over ₹10Cr in performance bonuses in the last couple of years, and we've watched team members buy homes, build wealth, and grow into roles that didn't exist when they joined. The next five years will be harder than the last five, and significantly more rewarding.
Our Culture
We Look For People With The Following Characteristics
- Humble and hardworking: Two traits we hire for and live by; the best people here are the ones who show up fully and let the work speak
- High ownership: You'll own real work from day one, not just assist on it; the buck stops with you, and leadership backs you up
- Bias for action: We move fast, learn faster, and don't overthink; experimentation is encouraged, paralysis is not
- Open and direct: Smart people, honest conversations, no politics; feedback flows both ways and that's how we get better
Our Products
- Day Passes: On demand access to coworking spaces across India, booked by the day
- Meeting Rooms: Hourly bookings across 2,000+ venues in 10+ cities
- Virtual Offices: Registered business address with GST support and mail handling
- Managed Offices: Fully fitted, ready-to-move offices with no long-term lock-in
- Enterprise Leasing: End-to-end commercial leasing for large teams, handled by our Assisted Marketplace team
- MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibition): Venue sourcing and management for corporate events, trainings, off-sites, and conferences
Why this role exists
We run a video-first, performance-led product funnel.
That Means
- Creators matter
- Hooks matter
- Offers matter
- Speed and consistency matter
We’re looking for someone who can own video content end-to-end: from idea to execution to learning
across brand content, ad videos and organic social.
What you will own
Ad Videos (Performance Creatives)
- Own the monthly pipeline of vertical ad videos across products:
- Responsibilities include:
○ Identifying winning hooks and formats
○ Writing short, sharp scripts (performance-first)
○ Scouting locations
○ Coordinating shoots end-to-end with a production agency
○ Ensuring final delivery is on time and usable for ads
- Think volume, speed and iteration.
Content Workflow & Performance Feedback
- Track how videos are performing across platforms (IG, Meta ads, etc.).
- Identify:
○ What hooks work
○ What formats fatigue
○ What messaging converts
- Maintain a clear content workflow:
○ Idea → Script → Shoot → Edit → Launch → Learn
- Ensure learnings directly influence the next batch of videos.
AI-Led Creative Workflow Experimentation
You can build AI into every stage of content creation. Use AI tools for moodboards and visual references,
for faster scripting and hook ideation, for storyboarding and narrative development, and in production
through AI-generated visuals, voiceovers, edits and variations. You'll test new tools regularly, set up
repeatable workflows, and use AI to raise creative output and speed up iteration without lowering quality.
Social Media Content
- You will own myHQ's organic social presence end-to-end, including content strategy, the monthly
calendar along with a social media executive, publishing and community engagement across
Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms. This covers brand, culture, community and trend-
led content alongside product and offer communication, where you'll turn offers, price points and
use cases into simple, scroll-stopping videos and posts.
- You will track organic performance (reach, engagement, follower growth, saves and shares) and
use those learnings to sharpen both organic content and ad creatives.
Who you are
- 3–8 years of experience in B2C content, social, or performance creative roles.
- Strong exposure to Short-form vertical video (Reels, ads)
- Comfortable writing scripts and hooks for performance content.
- Hands-on with agencies, creators, and shoot coordination.
- Data-aware - you care about CPV, CTR, and what actually works.
