Role Overview:
We are looking for a high-energy, industry-connected Senior Manager - Corporate Relations & Placements who can strengthen corporate partnerships, expand recruiter networks, and drive measurable placement outcomes across programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Agency & External Partner Management
· Manage and coordinate with multiple external placement and training agencies.
· Review agency deliverables and performance, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and timelines.
· Ensure student assessment, company coordination, and interview processes are executed as planned.
Internal Coordination & Stakeholder Management
· Act as the primary liaison between academic departments, leadership, students, and external agencies.
· Oversee internal processes such as pre-placement training, calendar scheduling, and placement-related communication.
Student Journey Mapping & Career Readiness
· Track each student’s journey across academic semesters—monitor academic performance, soft skill development, and placement readiness.
· Identify students requiring additional support and coordinate tailored interventions through training agencies or faculty.
· Assist students in creating and refining their CVs, LinkedIn profiles, and video resumes—a mandatory step in the placement process.
· Facilitate regular mock interviews, profile reviews, and guidance sessions.
Placement Process Management
· Maintain ongoing communication with students regarding placement timelines, eligibility, and expectations.
· Ensure students adhere to placement guidelines and are prepared for company-specific requirements.
Data, Reporting & Feedback
· Maintain structured reports on student progress, company engagement, interview performance, and placement outcomes.
· Share timely updates and performance dashboards with leadership.
· Gather structured feedback from students, agencies, and recruiters to improve the placement ecosystem.
Event & Interview Logistics
· Plan and oversee the logistics of campus drives, virtual interviews, and industry interaction events.
· Ensure digital and physical infrastructure is in place and functioning during placement activities.
Candidate Profile:
Education
· Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education Management, or a related discipline.
Experience
· 7–8 years of relevant experience in:
· Campus placement operations
· Recruitment coordination
· Corporate relations or industry partnerships
· Preferred background:
· Recruitment agencies
· HR consulting firms
· Campus placement teams in universities or institutes
Key Skills & Competencies
· Strong project management and stakeholder coordination abilities.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and placement tracking tools or CRMs.
· Strong understanding of resume building, LinkedIn optimization, and student professional branding.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to work with student performance and placement data.
· High level of empathy, student orientation, and attention to detail.
· Ability to work collaboratively with academic teams, students, and corporate partners
