Mahindra University invites applications for the position of Senior Manager – Corporate Relations for the School of Management. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving corporate engagement, strengthening industry partnerships, and leading end-to-end career services for BBA, MBA, and EMBA programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end placement and internship processes, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality outcomes.
- Design and implement placement and internship policies in alignment with institutional goals.
- Organize and facilitate guest lectures, industry interactions, and networking opportunities with senior HR and business leaders.
- Collaborate with faculty and student committees to prepare students through workshops on CV building, interview skills, case analysis, and overall profile development.
- Plan and execute placement drives, job fairs, and corporate engagement initiatives.
- Effectively communicate the strengths and value proposition of Mahindra University and the School of Management to corporate partners.
- Oversee placement logistics, reporting, and continuous improvement of career services operations.
Desired Experience:
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in corporate relations, industry partnerships, placements, or business development.
- Proven experience in building and managing relationships with corporates, industry bodies, and key stakeholders.
- Strong track record in student placements, internships, and corporate engagement initiatives (preferably in a university/education setup).
- Experience in team handling and cross-functional coordination.
