Role Description

The Senior Manager Corporate Human Resources is a dynamic role responsible for overseeing talent management strategies and HR operations within the organization. Key responsibilities include workforce planning, recruitment, employee engagement initiatives, learning and development activities, and ensuring HR compliance. The role will involve designing HR policies, driving organizational culture, and supporting leadership with data-driven insights. This is an on-site role located in Lucknow.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, and Employee Onboarding
• Experience with Employee Engagement, Retention Strategies, and Organizational Development
• Knowledge of HR Policies, Compliance, and Employment Laws
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze HR data, generate reports, and support decision-making
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in HR or management roles in a manufacturing or food production environment.
