Job Description
- Lead financial structuring, valuation, and negotiation of M&A and partnership transactions.
- Evaluate commercial assumptions, identify key value drivers, and assess downside risks.
- Design shareholder protections and governance frameworks to safeguard investment value.
- Analyse impact of transactions on credit metrics, leverage, and capital structure.
- Support covenant monitoring and ensure compliance with lender obligations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Manager Corporate Finance should have:
- A strong educational background in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in end-to-end M&A, corporate finance within the Energy, Infrastructure or Industrials sector.
- At least 6-8 years of relevant experience post qualification.
- Expertise M&A deal structuring.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
