Scope
Senior Manager - Corporate Communications & Public Relations Lead is responsible for strategizing and managing the brand positioning internally and externally across the Brandix India Units (BIAC Park). Including developing and implementing communications strategies, engage and align the internal and external stakeholders to the organization’s vision and strategic priorities. Employee communications, public relations and crisis communications related to India units fall under the purview of the role.
Further, the job holder is responsible for Employee Relations, where initiatives should be overseen by being part of the team to drive employee engagement initiatives across Brandix Units in BIAC and to be part of the team to oversee the Wellness of all employees at BIAC, thereby ensuring the development of a harmonious working environment. The role holder must drive synergies between all units in BIAC and support various initiatives such as CSR, Legislative compliance, etc.
Responsibilities
- Develop an integrated communications strategy that is aligned to Brandix’ overall vision
- Implement and deliver the communications strategy through internal and external communications, digital, media and event management
- Drive strategic synergies and partnerships with key internal stakeholders across the Brandix India Units (BIAC Park) and external stakeholders
- Lead the People Connect programs across Units in BIAC and ensure effective management of employee /industrial relations, employee engagement and welfare
Requirements
- Masters / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/ Mass Media/ Marketing or any other relevant field
- Over 12+ years of relevant experience in the Corporate Communications/ Branding/ Public Relations function
