Job Title: Senior Manager Control Tower
Work Experience- 4-5 Years
Location: Gurgaon
What will you do:
- Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive footfall, sales, and brand visibility across all retail stores.
- Plan and execute campaigns tailored to regional and customer segment needs.
- Monitor marketing ROI and refine strategies to ensure maximum impact.
- Category Management
- Oversee category planning and assortment strategies to optimize inventory and drive sales.
- Analyze consumer behavior and market trends to identify opportunities for new product categories or enhancements.
- Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to ensure the availability of high demand products.
- Pricing Strategy:
- Develop dynamic pricing models to ensure competitiveness while maintaining profitability.
- Conduct market research to understand price sensitivity and competitor pricing strategies.
- Regularly review and adjust pricing strategies based on performance metrics and market trends.
- Growth and Monetization:
- Identify and implement new revenue streams, such as exclusive partnerships, loyalty programs, and bundled offers.
- Set and monitor growth targets, ensuring alignment with the organization’s broader objectives.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
- Regularly report performance metrics and insights to senior leadership.
What we are looking for :
- 4-5 years of experience in marketing, category management, or pricing strategy, preferably in the retail or FMCG sector.
- Proven track record of driving growth and delivering measurable results.
- Pedigree from a good college ;like IIMs/ IITs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership skills with a knack for driving collaboration across teams
