Hummingbird is Hiring | AVP - Account Management (Co-working) | Location- Ahmedabad & Pune
We are looking for a seasoned leader for a strategic role focused on Client Retention, Revenue Expansion and Community Engagement across all centres nationally.
This role goes beyond traditional account management and focuses on building meaningful client experiences, enabling peer-to-peer networks, and transforming transactional relationships into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own enterprise client relationships and lifecycle management
• Drive retention, renewals, and account growth initiatives
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across centres and services
• Build and lead national community engagement initiatives
• Create strong client cohorts, networking, and collaboration platforms
• Strengthen overall client experience and engagement frameworks
• Lead and mentor Account Managers across locations
• Build scalable playbooks, SOPs, and governance processes
• Act as a central escalation point for enterprise clients
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and cross-functional teams
What We’re Looking For:
• 12-15 years of experience in account management, customer success, or client-facing leadership roles
• Strong exposure to enterprise client management and stakeholder engagement
• Experience handling multi-location or large client portfolios
• Prior exposure to community building or ecosystem-led engagement is preferred
• Strong skills in relationship management, revenue growth, communication, and experience thinking
