Role Description
The Senior Manager, Collection Strategy role is a full-time on-site position based in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing collection strategies to enhance efficiency and minimize risk across portfolios. Core responsibilities include analyzing performance metrics, improving collection processes, managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. The role also involves collaborating with teams and leveraging technology solutions for continuous improvement and risk management in collection functions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in data analysis, collection strategy design, and risk evaluation methodologies
- Strong decision-making and strategic planning abilities
- Expertise in stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and team leadership
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks in the financial services sector
- Proficiency in leveraging technology tools for enhancing collection processes and reporting
- Critical thinking, adaptability, and the ability to deliver results under tight deadlines
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- 10+ years of experience in collection processes or financial services is highly desirable
- Knowledge of advance analytical tool will be add on advantage
