We are looking for a results-driven Key Account Manager with expertise in managing client relationships, driving strategic advertising campaigns, and maximizing account growth for leading brands. Skilled in cross-functional coordination, client retention, and delivering data-backed marketing solutions that achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day management of client projects across print, digital, adaptation, and content production.
- Act as the key point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication and strong service standards.
- Translate client briefs into actionable plans for internal creative, production, QA, and delivery teams.
- Manage timelines, priorities, scope changes, and project milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure efficient workflow across multiple concurrent projects.
- Maintain trackers, schedules, project documentation, and status updates with high accuracy.
- Ensure quality control and compliance before final delivery to clients.
- Identify delivery risks early and proactively solve issues or escalate where required.
- Support commercial hygiene, including estimates, PO tracking, billing inputs, and scope adherence.
- Build trusted working relationships with clients through responsiveness, ownership and consistency.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in account management with ad agency.
- Strong understanding of print and Digital from the business operations side.
- Able to manage multiple projects/tasks at once.
- Significant experience with MS Office is mandatory.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams of art workers, developers, and other staff.
- Highly motivated, adaptable, innovative, and keen to learn new skills.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
