Role Description The Senior Manager – Central Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajahmundry, East Godavari, responsible for overseeing and optimizing the institute’s central operational functions. This role involves managing daily administrative and operational workflows, coordinating across clinical, outreach, and support departments, and ensuring smooth patient and staff experiences. The Senior Manager will develop and implement policies, monitor operational metrics, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and compliance. Responsibilities include supervising central operations staff, managing schedules and resources, and supporting budgeting and reporting activities. The role also requires close collaboration with senior leadership to align operational strategies with the institute’s mission of accessible, high-quality eye care.
Qualifications
- Strong operations management and administrative oversight skills, including workflow optimization and resource planning.
- Experience in healthcare or hospital operations, preferably in ophthalmology or not-for-profit health settings.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and use of MS Office or similar tools to monitor performance and support decision-making.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including team supervision, stakeholder coordination, and conflict resolution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across clinical and non-clinical teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail, and ensure adherence to institutional policies and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Healthcare Administration, Operations, or a related field.
- Commitment to the institute’s mission of providing affordable, accessible eye care and willingness to work on-site in East Godavari.
