Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru and Noida for a Senior Manager Business Operations. The role involves overseeing business operations, streamlining processes, optimizing resources, and ensuring operational efficiency. Daily tasks include program management, analyzing data to make informed decisions, evaluating financial performance, and spearheading cross-functional initiatives. The Senior Manager will collaborate with teams across departments to meet organizational objectives and drive growth.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Business Operations and Operations Management to ensure seamless execution of processes
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess and interpret data for decision-making
- Proficiency in Program Management to coordinate and manage cross-functional projects effectively
- Competence in Finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Leadership and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate across departments
- Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and solve complex challenges
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Prior experience in managing large-scale operations and driving organizational strategies
