Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Manager Business Development to lead our outreach efforts in fostering strategic relationships and expanding business opportunities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Patiala. The Senior Manager will identify potential clients, develop business proposals, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage client communications. The role requires developing and maintaining a strong understanding of market trends, preparing detailed project strategies, and delivering presentations to prospective stakeholders. Additionally, the manager will contribute to achieving revenue goals and support the company’s broader mission of sustainability and innovation.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Development, Account Management, and identifying and pursuing growth opportunities.
- Experience in Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and the ability to understand market trends and dynamics.
- Proven expertise in Strategic Planning, Proposal Development, and Client Relationship Management.
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills with the ability to deliver impactful presentations.
- Familiarity with the renewable energy industry and sustainability practices is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proficiency in CRM software and other business development tools is a plus.
