Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned professional with a background in digital advertising to lead new business acquisition and drive growth across existing client accounts. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen, a deep understanding of digital and creative services, and the ability to build long-term client partnerships in a fast-evolving, AI-driven landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients across key industries and global marketsDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targetsLead end-to-end pitch processes, including RFP responses, presentations, and negotiationsBuild a strong pipeline through networking, industry events, and partnershipsDrive revenue growth within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling servicesBuild and nurture senior client relationships as a trusted advisorIdentify opportunities for expanding service offerings (creative, social, digital, AI-led solutions)Collaborate with internal creative, strategy, and delivery teams to craft compelling solutionsLeverage offshore delivery models to optimize cost, efficiency, and scalabilityStay updated on digital, social, and creative industry trendsUnderstand the competitive landscape and position offerings effectivelyRepresent the organization in industry forums and client meetings
Key Requirements
10-15 years of overall experience with at least 6 years in digital agency environmentsProven track record in client acquisition and account growthExperience working with global agency networks or international clientsStrong exposure to creative, social, and digital marketing servicesFamiliarity with offshore delivery models and distributed teamsExposure to AI-led production, automation, or emerging marketing technologies is a strong advantage
