Senior Manager - Business Development — UX & Product Design (CMO/CPO Office)
Razorpod | Gurgaon (preferred) | 5-10 years | ₹15-20L fixed + variable

Your Role: Revenue ownership for UX-led growth systems:
- Open doors with CMOs, CPOs, CX leaders
- Identify experience/performance gaps
- Sell problem → UX system → measurable impact
- Close end-to-end deals
What You'll Do
Hunt: Engage C-level around conversion drops, low adoption, broken onboarding
Sell: UX as conversion engine, retention system, product optimizer
Close: Shape data-grounded UX strategies + roadmaps
Partner: Founders on strategic deals
Who We Need
