Role Description
This role sits at the intersection of product, supply chain, digital experience, and growth. You will own execution, drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure business levers translate into revenue and margin outcomes.
- You are not a “manager of one function”—you are an integrator of the business engine.
- Own inventory health and demand forecasting across channels
- Translate business goals into assortment architecture; partner with design to ensure collections are commercially viable
- Work with tech/product teams to improve UX, speed, and conversion funnel
- Partner with performance marketing team on budget allocation & ROI
- Ensure timelines are met across launches and campaigns
- Solve for operational bottlenecks quickly and effectively
Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in consulting / startups / D2C / high-growth environments
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple workstreams
- Strong problem-solving and structured thinking ability
- Proven track record of owning outcomes, not just tasks
- Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced execution
- High ownership, bias for action, and attention to detail
