Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City for a Senior Manager (Broking Product). The Senior Manager will lead the development and innovation of broking products, ensuring they meet market and client needs. Responsibilities include designing product strategies, overseeing product lifecycle management, driving cross-functional collaboration, and analyzing user feedback to enhance product performance. The role also involves staying updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities: Generate new business through field sales, client meetings, and referrals Acquire and onboard clients for Equity Trading, Mutual Funds, and Insurance products Cross-sell and up-sell financial products to existing clients Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement Conduct client meetings, portfolio reviews, and investment discussions Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Identify new market opportunities and expand the client base Ensure proper documentation, KYC compliance, and regulatory adherence (SEBI/IRDA norms) Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and servicing Maintain regular MIS and sales reports
Required Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of Equity Markets, Mutual Funds, and Insurance products Proven experience in field sales / direct sales Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Target-driven with a strong focus on closures Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships Self-motivated and willing to travel extensively
Qualification & Experience: Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (Finance preferred) Min 5 years of experience in broking, wealth management, or financial product sales Certifications like NISM / IRDA will be an added advantage
