Position Overview:
The Brand Web & Digital Experience Manager will take end-to-end ownership of Keus’ brand web strategy and digital experience ecosystem. This role is responsible for shaping, managing, and delivering outcomes across all digital brand surfaces — including the primary website, city and showroom pages, campaign microsites, and future modular digital platforms. It is a high-ownership managerial role at the intersection of brand, experience, product thinking, and
execution, ensuring that every digital touchpoint reflects Keus’ luxury positioning and design philosophy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Web Strategy & Ownership
• Own the overall strategy and roadmap for Keus’ website and digital platforms
• Define the role of the website in brand storytelling, user experience, and business outcomes
• Ensure all digital experiences reflect Keus’ luxury and design-led positioning
2. Outcome & Delivery Management
• Translate business and brand requirements into structured briefs and priorities
• Define clear success metrics for digital initiatives
• Drive structured feedback cycles and ensure timely delivery
• Act as the single point of ownership for outcomes delivered by:
a. Internal design and brand teams
b.External web agencies and development partners
c. Content, SEO, and performance contributors
3. Managerial & Process Oversight
• Plan and manage monthly and quarterly web initiatives
• Balance priorities across campaigns, launches, city pages, and platform improvements
• Track timelines, delivery quality, and overall execution health
4. Experience & Quality Control
• Ensure consistency across UX, content, performance, and responsiveness
• Protect experience integrity aligned with luxury brand standards
• Resolve conflicting feedback while safeguarding brand intent
5. Technical & Creative Collaboration
• Work closely with full-stack developers, backend engineers, and creative teams
• Possess working knowledge of: CMS, CRM, analytics tools, APIs, and integrations
• Define scalable frontend strategies such as Modular design systems and Flexible page structures
• Explore and adopt:
• AI-assisted workflows
• Automation and prototyping tools
• Agentic workflows to improve speed and consistency
Key measures of success:
• High-quality digital experiences aligned with luxury brand standards
• Timely delivery of web initiatives and campaigns
• Strong alignment across internal teams and external partners
• Consistent UX, performance, and scalability across platforms
• Effective decision-making and ownership of digital outcomes
Key Competencies:
• Strong ownership mindset with ability to manage ambiguity
• Ability to bridge brand thinking, UX, and technical feasibility
• Proven stakeholder and agency management skills
• Strong decision-making and accountability
• Structured thinking with focus on outcomes and execution
Qualifications:
• 4–7 years of experience in digital platforms, web ownership, product, or experience management
• Proven experience managing end-to-end web or digital platforms
• Strong collaboration experience with designers, developers, and agencies
• Ability to translate brand and business intent into executable digital briefs
• Experience in delivery management, timelines, and feedback cycles
• Comfort working in fast-paced, design-led environments
• Experience with luxury, design-led, or premium brands
• Familiarity with modular CMS-driven websites
• Exposure to AI tools, automation, or experimentation workflows
