Socio Impulse is hiring: Sr. Manager – Brand Partnerships & Sales
We’ve successfully crossed the 0 to 1 threshold. Now, it’s time for the 1 to 10.
We’re looking for a Senior Manager who is tired of being just another cog in a big agency machine. We need someone who wants to own their category, mentor junior talent, and help us scale our revenue engine.
The Role:
- Revenue Ownership: You’ll be the lead on bringing in new brand logos and growing our key accounts.
- Strategy & Pitching: You aren't just sending rate cards. You’re building creative, insight-led pitches that actually win.
- Mentorship: You’ll help guide our junior sales and solutions team, setting the standard for how we work.
- Culture-First: You’ll stay ahead of the creator economy to keep our clients culturally relevant.
Who You Are:
- 3+ years of experience in brand sales (Influencer Marketing/Digital Media).
- You’ve got a solid track record of hitting (and exceeding) targets.
- You’re a storyteller who knows how to talk to a CMO.
- You’re ready for a role that offers high visibility and no micromanagement.
