Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Manager position based in Bengaluru. The role involves developing and executing strategic brand partnerships and alliances to drive revenue growth and customer engagement. Daily tasks include identifying potential partners, negotiating collaboration agreements, building and maintaining strong partner relationships, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing market trends, crafting innovative strategies to attract partners, and delivering tangible results for business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong strategic thinking and business development skills to identify, evaluate, and secure partnership opportunities.
- Proven track record in establishing and managing brand partnerships and alliances.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to represent the brand effectively.
- Analytical mindset for monitoring performance metrics and deriving insights for continuous improvement.
- Leadership and organizational skills to manage cross-functional teams and oversee complex projects.
- Familiarity with the property management, prop-tech, or similar industries is highly preferred.
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields, with 8+ years of relevant experience.
