Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager/ Senior Manager / AVP – Ad Sales, based in Gurugram/ Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic ad sales plans, identifying and reaching out to potential clients, nurturing client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role entails managing a sales team, analyzing market trends, forecasting revenue opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver innovative and tailored advertising solutions to clients.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and proven experience in building and maintaining client.
- Superior Communication skills including presenting, negotiating, and influencing at various organizational levels
- Customer Service expertise with a focus on understanding client needs and delivering value-added solutions
- Solid knowledge of Finance with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience in the advertising, media, or related industry will be an added advantage
