Hiring: Senior Manager / AVP – Strategic Sales (Defence & Aerospace Electronics)
Location: Hyderabad, Open based on Operating Geography
Experience: 10–15 years
Role Objective:
Drive strategic growth in defence and aerospace electronics by building strong relationships with Defence PSUs, design houses, and program stakeholders. The role focuses on long-cycle, high-value program-led sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with Defence PSUs (BEL, HAL, DRDO labs, etc.)
- Drive program-based sales from design stage to production
- Identify and convert large opportunities (₹5 Cr – ₹50 Cr deals)
- Collaborate with design agencies and certification bodies
- Build partnerships and consortiums for large bids
- Track defence procurement pipelines and market intelligence
Candidate Profile:
- 10–15 years experience in defence / aerospace electronics / EMS
- Strong exposure to Defence PSU ecosystem
- Experience handling RFQs, tenders, and long-cycle deals
- Background from companies like Vinyas, Centum, or similar
- Strong network with PSU decision-makers and program managers
Core Competencies:
- Strategic selling and relationship management

- Negotiation and deal closure skills
- Ability to navigate government procurement processes

- Order book generation
- Pipeline strength (3x coverage)
