Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced mid-management professional to lead a team of commercial real estate valuation specialists. The role involves managing valuation and appraisal report delivery, mentoring team members, coordinating with onshore teams, and ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely completion of valuation engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 50+ professionals working on commercial real estate valuations and appraisal reports.
- Provide training and guidance on CRE valuation, appraisal writing, and report quality.
- Act as a technical expert to mentor the team and ensure timely delivery of accurate reports.
- Coordinate regularly with onshore teams on project pipeline, staffing, availability, and feedback.
- Lead and support valuation engagements in collaboration with onshore stakeholders.
- Drive process improvement, quality control, hiring support, reporting, and performance management.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate valuation.
- Strong knowledge of appraisal report writing and financial modelling.
- Proficiency in Argus Enterprise, CoStar, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate and finance.
- Excellent communication, team management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- CFA, MRICS, CPA/CA, or FRM qualification will be an added advantage
