Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Manager at Tata AutoComp Systems Ltd., located in the Pune Division. The Senior Manager will oversee strategic initiatives, manage cross-functional projects, and lead teams to ensure the achievement of organizational goals. Responsibilities include optimizing processes, ensuring compliance with company standards, managing budgets, analyzing business performance, and collaborating with various stakeholders. The role requires strategic thinking, leadership, and exceptional communication skills to drive business success while fostering innovation and excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong strategic planning, team leadership, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in process optimization, budget management, and performance analysis.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of automotive or manufacturing industry practices, including EV components, is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- Proven experience in a managerial position with a track record of driving business growth.
