Senior Manager – Field Sales (EMR / Healthcare SaaS)
Location:Delhi
Experience:10+ years in Sales | Minimum 5+ years managing field sales teams
Role Overview:We are looking for a high-performing Senior Manager – Field Sales to lead the on-ground sales of our EMR (Electronic Medical Records) SaaS platform. The role requires deep experience in doctor-focused selling, strong team leadership, and a relentless focus on targets and closures.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of 10+ Business Development Executives selling EMR solutions to doctors, clinics, and hospitals
- Drive end-to-end field sales including prospecting, demos, negotiations, and closures
- Own and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Ensure high-quality product demos and EMR adoption conversations with doctors
- Coach and train the team on EMR workflows, value proposition, and objection handling
- Track funnel metrics, conversions, and closures through CRM/MIS
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key doctors, clinic owners, and hospital administrators
- Coordinate with product, onboarding, and support teams for smooth EMR implementation
- Ensure compliance with sales processes and data security norms
Candidate Profile:- 10+ years of sales experience, preferably in EMR / Healthcare IT / HealthTech SaaS
- Proven experience handling field sales teams of 10+ members
- Strong exposure to doctor, clinic, or hospital sales
- Highly target-driven with consistent achievement history
- Strong leadership, coaching, and field execution skills
- Ability to explain clinical workflows and EMR benefits in simple business terms
- Comfortable with extensive field movement and team reviews
