Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic individual to lead and manage end-to-end operational activities related to IPOs and capital market transactions. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management operations, regulatory compliance, coordination with stakeholders, process optimization, and smooth execution of IPO mandates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete operational activities for IPOs, Rights Issues, Preferential Issues, and other capital market transactions.
- Coordinate with clients, stock exchanges, depositories, registrars, legal teams, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI, Stock Exchange, and other regulatory guidelines.
- Supervise preparation and verification of operational documents and transaction processes.
- Monitor timelines and ensure smooth execution of IPO activities within deadlines.
- Lead and manage the operations team, ensuring productivity and process efficiency.
- Handle investor-related operational queries and issue resolution.
- Develop and implement SOPs and operational controls for risk management.
- Maintain MIS reports, operational records, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments including compliance, finance, legal, and merchant banking teams.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of IPO processes.
- Understanding of SEBI regulations and stock exchange compliances.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and operational reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Qualified CS
- Relevant experience in Merchant Banking and IPO
Preferred Skills
- Experience in handling SME IPOs or Mainboard IPOs.
- Strong network within financial services and capital market ecosystem.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
