Role Description The Senior Manager role at Inspark Technologies is a full-time, on-site position based in Mandsaur. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with strategic goals. The Senior Manager will manage team performance, set priorities, and provide guidance on digital product development, client service, and process improvement. The role includes implementing business plans, monitoring key performance indicators, and collaborating with leadership on growth initiatives. The Senior Manager will also handle stakeholder communication, support staff development, and promote an inclusive, high-performance work environment.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, including team coordination, performance management, and mentoring.
- Experience in digital or technology-driven businesses, with familiarity in web or app-based products and related services.
- Strong strategic planning, project management, and organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Ability to analyze business data, interpret performance metrics, and make informed decisions to improve operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Technology, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a collaborative environment and take ownership of outcomes in a fast-paced setting.
