Company Description The Harit Molecules Foundation (HMF) is an industry-led platform dedicated to accelerating India’s energy transition and decarbonization journey. As a Section 8 company, HMF collaborates with government agencies, industry leaders, research institutions, and other stakeholders to advance clean energy solutions and climate goals. Role Description The Senior Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi NCR. The Senior Manager will lead key programs and initiatives related to policy advocacy, industry engagement, and ecosystem development for clean energy and industrial decarbonization. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with government and industry stakeholders, overseeing research and knowledge products, and organizing consultations, workshops, and events. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of outputs, and maintaining high-quality standards in analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communication. The Senior Manager will also contribute to strategic planning, partnership development, and resource mobilization to expand HMF’s impact.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in energy transition, climate policy, or industrial decarbonization, with experience working on renewable energy, energy storage, Green Hydrogen, or carbon markets.
- Demonstrated skills in policy analysis, research, and report writing, including the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
- Proven stakeholder management and partnership-building capabilities, including collaboration with government agencies, industry bodies, and research institutions.
- Project and program management skills, such as planning, budgeting, monitoring, and team coordination in a mission-driven or policy-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills, including public speaking, facilitation of meetings and workshops, and preparation of presentations and briefing materials.
- Relevant postgraduate degree in public policy, engineering, economics, environmental studies, management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Experience in leadership roles with responsibility for guiding teams, mentoring staff, and delivering outcomes under tight timelines.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon, with readiness for occasional travel to engage with stakeholders and participate in events.
