About the Role
The Sr. Manager / AGM – International Marketing will be responsible for managing and expanding Cadila Pharma’s business across the South East Asia region. The role focuses on driving product launches, strengthening market presence, and maximizing the performance of existing product portfolios.
Responsibilities
- Market Development & Strategy
- Develop and execute international marketing strategies for South East Asia markets
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share in assigned territories
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and demand forecasting
- Product Launches
- Plan and execute new product launches in coordination with regulatory, supply chain, and local partners
- Develop launch strategies, pricing, and positioning for new products
- Ensure timely availability and successful commercialization
- Portfolio Management
- Monitor and enhance the performance of existing products
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback
- Implement strategies to improve product lifecycle and profitability
- Channel & Partner Management
- Manage relationships with distributors, agents, and key stakeholders in the region
- Support partners with marketing inputs, training, and promotional strategies
- Drive alignment between company goals and partner execution
- Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve sales targets and revenue objectives for assigned markets
- Track KPIs and ensure consistent business growth
- Optimize pricing and margin strategies
- Cross-functional Coordination
- Work closely with regulatory, supply chain, finance, and R&D teams
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements
- Coordinate demand planning and product availability
- Reporting & Analysis
- Provide regular updates and reports to the GM – International Marketing
- Prepare business reviews, forecasts, and strategic plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy / Life Sciences (MBA preferred)
- 5–15 years of experience in international marketing within the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong exposure to South East Asia markets
- Proven track record in product launches and market expansion
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
