Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Bathinda. In this leadership position, the selected candidate will oversee daily operations, manage client relationships, and drive strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include team management, setting objectives, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, and developing policies aligned with organizational goals. The Senior Manager will also contribute to business development, identify market trends, and recommend improvements to services offered to clients.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to monitor market trends and deliver enhanced client services

- Ability to work autonomously, adhere to deadlines, and handle multiple priorities
- Proven experience in an education consulting, customer-centric, or service-based role
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Knowledge of international education systems and experience working with diverse client bases is a plus
