MS Office – Advanced, Outlook, SAP.
Should be fluent in English & Hindi.
Must have pleasing personality.
Role & Responsibilities
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in managerial capacity driving sales in a reputed packaging manufacturing company.
• Must have handled at least one large MNC customer.
• Driving the yearly committed sales and customer wise growth.
• Developing new customer base for increasing sales volume and value.
• Should possess good negotiation skills.
• Monitoring of the unit performances and attending to the challenges as bridge between own unit and customer units
• Monitoring the development requirements in coordination with customer R&D team and our factory.
• Addressing payment issues and deductions of payments by customers
• Keep a track on competitor prices and volumes catered by competition
• Develop MIS Reporting and review mechanism.
• Organizing & Participating in Trade Fairs and Exhibitions.
