Role Description The Senior Manager Analytics and Artificial Intelligence will lead the design and implementation of data-driven solutions to support asset acquisition, valuation, and resolution strategies. This full-time, on-site role in Delhi NCR involves building and managing analytical models, AI algorithms, and decision-support tools for distressed debt and NPL portfolios. The role includes overseeing data collection and cleansing, defining key performance metrics, and generating insights for investment committees and senior leadership. The Senior Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams in finance, risk, and operations to embed analytics and AI into core workflows and transaction processes. Responsibilities also include mentoring junior analysts, ensuring data governance and model integrity, and continuously improving analytical capabilities to enhance portfolio performance and recovery outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in analytics and AI, including experience with statistical modeling, machine learning techniques, and predictive analytics.
- Hands-on expertise with data tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and common data visualization platforms.
- Solid understanding of financial analysis, distressed assets, NPLs, and credit risk concepts, preferably within the Indian financial services sector.
- Experience in building and deploying end-to-end data pipelines, model lifecycle management, and data quality frameworks.
- Proven ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear business recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including mentoring team members, managing projects, and collaborating across functions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and structured problem-solving abilities.
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in asset reconstruction, banking, investment management, or related financial domains is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment with a focus on ethical practices and regulatory compliance.
