Job Summary
Evalueserve is seeking a highly skilled professional with a strong blend of AI/GenAI expertise and deep commercial lending domain knowledge to drive transformation across credit workflows. This role will focus on building intelligent, agentic solutions that optimize the end-to-end commercial lending lifecycle, leveraging modern AI frameworks and process orchestration tools.
Key Responsibilities
- AI / GenAI & Automation
- Design and build LLM-powered solutions, including RAG pipelines, Agentic workflows and orchestration frameworks.
- Develop and integrate AI-driven automation solutions using Python and APIs.
- Transition existing automation solutions (VBA/Python) into GenAI-enabled workflows.
- Build intelligent systems for Credit memo drafting, Financial statement analysis and Document processing (IDP integration).
- Commercial Lending Domain Execution
- Work across the end-to-end lending lifecycle.Perform financial spreading and ratio analysis.
- Support and enhance credit decisioning processes using AI/automation.
- Apply deep understanding of US/EU commercial banking workflows.
- Workflow Design & Process Transformation
- Design, optimize, and implement credit workflows in BPM platforms such as: Camunda,Pega or Appian.Conduct process mapping and optimization using Lean / Six Sigma methodologies.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement digitization/automation solutions.Build scalable loan processing and underwriting workflows.
- Data, Analytics & Integration
- Develop and deploy API-driven integrations across credit systems.
- Work with structured/unstructured datasets for credit analytics and AI models.
- Enable data-driven decision-making through intelligent pipelines.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in commercial Lening & Corporate/Commercial Banking.
- Hands-on experience with:LLM frameworks and GenAI tools.RAG architecture and agent-based systems.
- Python programming and API integrations.
- Exposure to agent orchestration frameworks.
- Experience transitioning from traditional automation to AI-enabled workflows
